Operation Walk is a volunteer medical humanitarian organization that provides the gift of mobility through life-changing joint replacement surgeries at no cost for those in need in both the U.S. and globally. Doctors, nurses, physical therapists, and other volunteers use personal vacation time to travel and care for approximately 75 patients on each four-day trip and work with local healthcare workers to offer follow-up care. Individual patients are cared for throughout the United States on an as-requested basis.
